Warranty and Return


All our frames carry 12 months limited warranty for parts, labor. We warrants our frames to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. We will repair or replace the product or parts if a product proven to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty will not cover any problem caused by accident, fire, water, lightning, misuse, unauthorized unassemble To ask support, please contact The folowing info required:

  • Your name.
  • Airway bill / order number
  • A description of the problem.

You may return/request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the ship date for either of the following  reasons:

  •     We sent you the wrong frame
  •     The frame  is defective ( faulty parts )
  •     Transit damaged. ( Offical damage claim issued by delivery company and  damaged piactures are both required)

Note for transit damage  :

  • Do not sign for the package untill it pass your inspection. Make sure outer package has no damage.
  • Please make damaged claim if there is any damage before signing.
